Zombies vs. Unicorns

I've been meaning to write about this book for a while; basically since I finished reading it.... About a month ago. But I've been lazy, and neglecting this community. But I'm finally getting around to it, so here we go!

Zombies vs. Unicorns is a YA Fiction anthology of zombie and unicorn stories. It consists of short stories written by well known YA authors, some of my favorites including Meg Cabot and Maureen Johnson, who have chosen a side: Team Zombie, or Team Unicorn, and then written a short story about the chosen subject.
Being Team Zombie myself, I enjoyed all of the zombie stories (except one, and it didn't help that I dislike the author), my favorite being Inoculata by Scott Westerfeld. And I enjoyed some of the unicorn stories as well.
I recommend this book for anyone who is a fan of either zombies or unicorns, or even you weirdos who like both. The stories (okay, most of them) are original and interesting, with good characters and plot, and some are even rather funny. And don't be deterred if you don't like one of the creatures; if you don't like zombies, just don't read the zombie stories, and if you don't like unicorns, don't worry! Some of the unicorn stories have zombies in them. Or you could not read them. Your choice.

I promise the next time I write about a book here (which will hopefully be soon. I should try writing here at least once a week.), I won't write about a YA fiction book. Probably.
